Ah, THAT makes a lot more sense. Also, you're right... Intelligence party seeks knowledge about living players and needs to themselves live with whoever else keeps living. This is all aligning with my Day 0 bit about suspecting No Lynch folks might be Intel.
I've since decided to go other routes -- basically looking for "not town" instead of trying to tackle Intel v. Criminal v. Town reads.
