Everyone that got 40 on the turn that the 10th person got 40 will be considered winners. This does mean that everyone could potentially win. Note that this will of course make the next games harder, since there will still only be 1 winner in the end.

Rules:
Each round you will submit an integer number between 0 and 15 (inclusive).
If you do not submit a number, you will be automatically submit 0.
If you submit the highest number that round, nothing will happen to you.
Otherwise, you will move that many steps forward.
When you reach 40 (or more), you have won the game and can no longer submit numbers.
The game will end at the end of the round where 10 or more people have reached the goal or after 8 rounds.
Each round your submitted number will be made public, so that everyone can see the full standings.

I too would prefer 48hrs, at least for the first game and maybe the second. Once there are less people (maybe 6 or less) then reduce down to 24hr rounds.
