What kind of smileys you guys want?

If you're looking for element-specific themed smileys, I know a lot of really talented people at another forum with a lot of spare time on their hands, and for some, pixel-making art is a specialty.

While we wait for something better, I changed the smileys into something less.. big.

This set won the Simple Machine Forums smiley competition or something. I know.. pretty impressive, right?

Why not just use the ones from the chat? They're OK, and better than this lot...

Still, anything smaller is better than those huge ones we had.

The reason I installed these was that I used a SMF package and it took me only a minute. If I want to install the ones in chat, it takes longer because I have to install them manually.

Actually just 30 seconds ago I found out how I can install custom smileys on this forum. That's awesome news. I can start adding them right now.

Now all we need is someone with artistic talent and time to spare to make us some custom smileys using quantum icons. Fire for example could be the "angry" smiley.

Yes, I can and will do that. I just haven't yet figured our what size I'm going to use. Bigger would be better for showing deck mark etc.

I was going to say smaller to be honest, it's a lot handier talking about a card which costs 8 than saying the card that costs 8 Fire Quanta. Maybe you can make a large one, ie. 3x3 times the size of . which can be called ":markfire

Yep, that's true. Those small ones are needed, and since I'm not going to install both small and big (takes too much space on post writing window), we will go with the small ones.

Thanks SG . Is there not a way to make 'smileys' be effected by the 'font-size' BB code? I'm sure I was a member of a forum in the past where you could do just that.
