Yes, you are right. So far it's been about me asking for feedback and when I get it (text colors suck, etc.), I reply with "Stfu noob, I know it's broken and I will change it later".

That's not how it should be of course. It's my fail because I haven't had time to write the "New Forum FAQ" yet, which will explain all the things that I know should be changed and will be changed when I have time.
Don't worry, I give it a day before somebody starts a thread saying the new forum sucks, and we should go back to the old one. I don't know if that makes me an optimist or a pessimist.

Yes, there are always people who like to complain, but the problem for them is that there's not much to complain about. Transition happened very smoothly and apart from some layout problems that I haven't yet fixed, every major feature seems to be working like a charm.

I don't think any sane person could say that the old forum was better. After a week or so of getting used to the new colors and such, I don't think anyone would want to go back to old ways.

But if someone finds something that sucks, please report it and I'll try to fix it.

I like the blended background better. My eyes started to hurt after only a couple of minutes with the old one.

Yeah it's definitely better now, no question about it.

One of my main goals with this forum was to make it easy for the eyes. That's why I choose a dark theme instead of a light one. Bright background was definitely against that goal.
