Public polls not having an option to view votes

Here I'm adding a public poll, where the poll results should be visible for everyone without even voting. (The "Show the poll's results to anyone." checkbox is selected.)
However, the "View Results" button, which used to be there, is not there anymore.

I believe results will become public once the poll ends? Maybe bring the time earlier to test.

This is not a timed poll, so it never ends.
The problem is there for both polls with and without countdown, but I clearly remember that the "View Results" button existed some weeks ago.

Tested it, and indeed. The option to show results to anyone is now treated as the option to show results after someone has voted. Even a mod can't see the results without voting.

The view results button was present during Trials Phase 3, aye. It's been a while since I've last seen it, but I'd thought it was intentional.

Then this leads to the issue of people being biased based on previous votes. Say Joe is voting. He sees that Person A has 5 votes, and Person B has 10 votes. Joe is now much more likely to favor Person B when looking at the whatever they submitted.

There are other options possible for polls, which remove this bias (see my post above). The viewable results before voting would be used for other purposes.

Yep, I didn't see it either. Strange. If this is intentional, I agree it should be restored.

Watching the votes before voting makes the voting influenced by the majorities and that's just not the point of the voting.
