non-standard characters in username

Hello.

In the newsletter I saw the name 'кłøḱ♭ṧ'. It was white (rather than grey), which is an indication that quite a few posts have been made- so I clicked it.

I got send to http://elementscommunity.org/forum/profile/?user=&%231082;&%23322;%F8&%237729;&%239837;&%237783; on firefox.
Others didn't get the error, and went to http://elementscommunity.org/forum/profile/?user=%26%231082%3B%26%23322%3B%F8%26%237729%3B%26%239837%3B%26%237783%3B, on chrome. This link also works fine on firefox.

My firefox version is 53.0.3 (32-bit).

The wrong link only seems to apply [user][/user] tags.
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/profile/?u=11065 works fine.

Oh, also, as stated, his name appears white, rather than the usual grey a new member with 1 post has.

Yeah, I just copied some cool letters off google for my name.. I guess it isn't recognised by the forum.
Also idk what is up with my profile. I tried following your link. I'm just as stumped as you guys are. I'm still not quite used to these tools, but ill try to fix soon.
