intigrate chat window on game page

Having it as a separate window makes it harder for people with single monitors.

You should speak for everyone. I have a single monitor, and I would find the chat on the same page as the game to be very annoying. It's one of the reasons I came here instead of staying on Kongregate. I just open the chat in a differetn tab and I can easily, and quickly, switch between the game and the chat, and even the forum, and whatever else I might be going.

I agree with Kami. Since I'm on a laptop, conserving screen space is key, so I just open the chat in another window and use keyboard shortcuts to navigate between them.

I have to agree with Kami and jmizzle. I use a large screen with a large resolution and I still would rather not have it on the same page. Separate tabs work nicely.

Integrated chat would be pretty cool but like others already said, it takes too much screen space.

The current system is good because it enables players to choose whether they want the chat or not, instead of forcing them to look at it while at the same time having a smaller playing area.

I wasn't suggesting forcing the chat window. Just have it as an option load on screen or the current separate chat.

I have Firefox with the Split Browser add-on. Works fine for me.

But then, maybe not everyone wants FF. Just my ha'p'orth.
