In my experience in In Development, Card Ideas and Art and Game Suggestions and Feedback sections of the forum I have run across lots of situations where small obscure details like the affect of sundial and adrenaline would have been useful to have not just available but as common knowledge even for newbies.

I would like to suggest a thread where all unknown details of the game (more than just those covered by "What the card's don't tell you" thread) could be collected and a copy of this thread stickied in each of these sections for quick reference and ease of directing new members toward when beneficial.

Sundial causes creatures to have 0 attack but miss all attacks.
Sundial + Adrenaline causes creatures to activate abilities like Bioluminescene 5 times on that turn.
Quanta is coded as a string of one of the 12 types or left blank for :rainbow
Creatures can only have 1 active skill but can have multiple passive skills
Immaterial and Momentum are both active skills and status effects. The status effect remains if the active ability is replaced.
Lobotomy will remove the Momentum status even if the creature has a different active ability.

I think this is a good suggestion.

Why? Because sometimes newbies are just misunderstood and really want to learn more about ETG.  Such a thread like this that is encouraged to be seen for newbies would probably result in a lot more newcomers starting off with some expierience.

This is a sound suggestion. A good starting point may be this thread (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,4461.0.html), which is reachable from the Forum Index (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1167.0.html).

It would be even better if the Forum Index could be stickied under all the relevant major subsections, in a manner similar to the redirecting placeholder that exists for 24 hours after a thread is moved to another section. The Forum Index is quite a powerful resource.
