Forum Profile error

I'm not entirely sure about this, but when I change my forum profile, when I'm finished my avatar is gone and I have to put it in again. Is this a bug?

Yeah, I noticed this as well. I've read somewhere in this forum that this only happens if you are using the avatar from gallery. Once you have enough post count (>200), if you still want to keep the same avatar from the gallery, find the location of the image and copy-paste it in the URL thingy.

Yes, it's a known error.  If you edit your profile, you must re-select your avatar from the gallery.  If you have an avatar by URL (over 200 posts), this problem doesn't occur.  If you have a gallery-select avatar, it would be wise to try and memorize the number, to save yourself so much trouble.  (:
