Forum Moveover Bugs

Thought it'd be nice to have a thread where we can report the bugs popping up due to the domain move.

- Chat linked above doesn't recognize you as a user, but the link with dek.im recognizes ya.
- New posts in secret boards redirect you to login screen

I'll post any more as I find them. Feel free to post the ones you find as well.

It seems like any new topics will still be linked to the .org domain, instead of the .dek.im domain. Basically, during the move everything should be done in the .dek.im domain, not the .org.

- Also, going to new posts and replying/modifying posts logs you out, requiring you to manually change the .org in the link to .dek.im

Technically it's now impossible to modify posts due to the logout.

EDIT 2: there is a problem saying I timed out when I try to post. It then says to resubmit my post which works fine without having to retype my post

There's only 1 bug I am aware of currently regarding the moveover, and it is that every time you redirect to another page, you have to change .org to .dek.im. This applies for replying, editing, chat and tools too.

Everything else looks fine to me. Even the .org forum recovers for short periods.

Ok, seems you are right. But there's still a few problems (at least for me), such as it being impossible to modify posts. It seems to work for D2D, but not for me

some stuff still redirects me to elementscommunity.org (where I'm not logged in) instead of dek.im, Like when I press in Reply. I must manually change org for dek.im

I can only visit the main page as rastafla. whenever i click any link i get redirected to ".org" and i have to fiddle my way through with adding "dek.im" and hope im not getting redirected to the "log in" page.

I keep hearing the same problems. Come on, people! You just need to change .org to .dek.im Every Single Time (and I'm dead serious now) when you click on anything else than new replies, unread posts and main page (even replying, finishing replying, changing tabs, opening chat, opening tools, etc.). Is it really that exhausting to do that? ._.

Secondly, you may still have problems with modifying according to some users. I think double-posting can work for this one.

Am I missing something? It changes to .org but then reverts back to dek.im after a few seconds. So nothing happens

EDIT: I seem to be on .org and are able to post and read topics. Yay for me ^^
