I think released decks should be moderated first, so no completly messy decks make it into the section that can mislead newbies. I know it makes more work, but if that's the only problem I volunteer my help ;)

Actually this solution is in the works.  Decks that need work will be moved to the deck help section.  We are hiring 3 deck helpers to help keep up with this.
