There are many articles, written from time to time, that unluckily get buried in General Discussion because they don't belong to anywhere else. They are not tutorials aimed for total newbs, they are not farming studies, they are not failed tutorials like This one. They are simply well written articles that can have a great influence in many of their readers.
That's why I propose an Articles Subforum, placed next to Farming Studies and Statistics in General Discussion, containing at first the following threads:

Wow, that was a fast move.

Are the global mods and admins gonna be the subforum's mods or there's gonna be a dedicated one? I can see people posting general GD stuff in the Elements Articles subforum in a near future. I offer myself to be its mod, at first just to move the threads that don't belong to it or to add the ones that people may suggest. Anyone interested could actually do that though.

Moving from a different board requires maintenance level access to that board, so this falls on the Admins. Feel free to post additions here though if you find any. Keep in mind the board is for articles. Many posts are lengthy, but often end up in just one formula or one discussion point. In such cases, it is still a discussion topic and not an article.
