A possibly ridiculous suggestion... https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=15191.msg193947#msg193947

At the top of a thread, there will be a list of names showing all the people who posted there. It also shows the number of times they posted.
When you click on a name, it takes you to their forum profile. But personally, I would really appreciate it if I would be taken to any of the posts they made on that particular thread
(Why: Imaginary Patch 1.36- 27 pages. 2 Posts by Zanzarino ect)

I have no idea if this would be hard to implement (with my very super limited knowledge of anything forum-wise I assume so )

If I can get any responses on this idea, it would be appreciated (Even a no-too hard)

I've often wished that this functionality existed too.

I am not too sure on this, but I don't think that function is available. If this is php, and I am fairly certain it is, I don't remember that being an option. Just my amateur opinion though.

It's already possible to list posts made by a given user. It is also possible to search within a board with a username as a parameter, although not to the granularity of an individual thread. I don't imagine it would be too far of a stretch to search within a thread for a given user's posts. Of course, whether the functionality has been implemented elsewhere so it can be imported, or whether this is an option already available (I'm not sure how SG adds features like this), is an altogether different question.
