How To Create Your Own QuizPlease read
ALL the rules before adding any quizzes. Failure to follow the rules below, might lead to your Quiz not being approved! Once you have submitted your quiz for a review, you cannot make any more changes to it.
Adding a New Quiz1. Go to Quiz Page (

2. On the top-right, click User Quizzes (
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?action=SMFQuiz;sa=userquizes).
3. Click Add New Quiz (
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?action=SMFQuiz;sa=addquiz).
4. Insert quiz Title. Try to come up with a unique title. Avoid names that are too simple, like "Entropy", "Entropy Quiz", or "My Quiz".
5. Choose a category that best suits your quiz.
6. Write a description. Description should tell the users what kind of questions they can expect.
7. Pick an image (that hasn't been used yet) from the drop-down menu. If you don't know which image to pick, choose "Default-64.png".
8. Leave Play Limit to "1".
9. We are using three different values for "Seconds per Question", based on what kind of quiz it is.
- 10 seconds for simple quizzes with multiple choices or true/false. Most quizzes should use 10 seconds.
- 15 seconds if the quiz has questions that require a bit more reading or thinking, or if users have to type in their answers
- 20 seconds if the quiz has questions that require lots of reading or thinking, like math questions.
10. Leave "Show Answers" checked.
11. Click "Save Quiz and Add Questions".

Adding Questions1. "Question Text" is the question users are asked.
2. "Question Type" has "Multiple Choice", "Free Text" and "True/False". Don't use "Free Text" unless you have to because it is the most difficult one. "Multiple Choice" is the best for most quizzes.
3. "Quiz" should show the name of your quiz.
4. "Answer Text" is the text that users see AFTER they have answered. It can be used to clarify the question. For example, if the question is "How many elements there are in Elements?", and the answer is "12", the "Answer Text" could be "There are 12 different elements in Elements. 'Other' is not considered to be an element.".
5. "Answer" is naturally the correct answer to the question. If you use "Multiple Question" or "True/False", make sure that you are correctly indicating what the right answer is.
6. Once the question is ready, click "Save and Add More".
7. Go back to #1 and keep adding new questions until you have the amount you want. Questions are given to the user in random order, so it makes no difference in which order you add your questions. Also keep in mind that because they will be randomized, you cannot use any follow-up questions, and each question has to make sense on its own.
8. After you have between 6 and 20 questions, click "Done".
9. You are shown all your questions in a list. Re-check them all before moving to next step.

Submitting Your Quiz for a Review1. Click "User Quizzes" again.
2. You should now see your newly create quiz.
3. Submit your quest for a review by clicking the green icon with the arrow. This will send a PM to Quiz Moderators.
4. Wait
5. Quiz Moderators will approve your quiz, making it visible to everyone.
6. If your quiz has errors, one of the two will happen.
1. Quiz Moderators will fix those errors for you (if it's a simple fix).
2. Your quiz will be discarded (if errors keep piling up).
If you followed all the steps above, you have just created a new awesome quiz! Congratulations!
