All you need in the starting hand is one of these evil and one or two Chaos Powers. Then it is a win in 5 or 6 turns. There's nothing to control them once they grow.

Add some Dis. Shield, some Snova, a LS, BOOM, EM.

Are you kidding me? Lobotomise, Freeze, Delay, Liquid Shadow, and more. Plenty of ways to stop growables of any kind, and a deck like that would succumb to a lot of decks when faced with almost equal opposing offensive power + shields.

No, you only have 6 creatures. You could go the whole match without drawing one. I play alot of destroyer rushes. (6 nova, 6 destroyers, 6 photons/ball lightning, 6 cremations, 6 *insert cards of choice here*) and go most matches without seeing at least one of a certain. What if that happens to be your chaos power or entropic force. And if you do get them down there is a chance it will be killed, leaving you with even less to draw.

No, it uses chaos power directly.
Click, select a target, instant chaos power.

I like it, since it needs other buff card to work, it'd generate(?) lots of new strategies and decks... Cool  8)

It screams Entropy at me.  I don't prefer relying on pure luck myself, but it looks like a good setup.

I think it would be better balanced if it just works on itself. Buffing creatures as an action is too big. Scarab decks, Otyugh decks, Momentum rush decks, just simple rush decks, twin universe decks... Creatures that grow grow by themselves (and playing Elidnis explains why this is powerful already...). I think having this cast Chaos Power on itself raather than on anyone would be equally cool (entropic force growing randomly out of control if you feed it enough... cool!) but less OP.
