This has a nerf obvs with 1.29 but its not too bad.  Needs more diamond shields and fewer pulvies and animate weapons.

Works unupped in principle apart from flying weapons but you need 2 PlA's (plate armors) and an oty to eat a queen.

upgrade priority (approximate)
oty
PlA--> HA (heavy armor)
pulvy

I used that today. Easy game and EM save for the first few turns. It was controlled from the start to the end. I changed the cards a little though. I needed 2 heavy armors to counteract the early eagle which REALLY wanted my first oty dead. Firequeen also dropped 1 firelance on it. Luckily enough the AI animated it so i could eat it and then i drew my first pulvy. From there it was a breeze.

I tried Rastafla's version with Plate Armors instead of Heavy as I have not upped them yet.  She got a flying Eagle's Eye on turn 2, and I did not see my first Otyugh until turn 8 which proved to be my last turn.  I got the 1 Armor I drew on him, but 2 Lances and EE made quick work of him.  I chose to play a Pulverizer fairly early (seems wrong in hindsight), but the deck seemed slow to generate :earth so my shield had to wait.  At the end she had an EE, a Fahrenheit, 3 or 4 Queens, and over a half-dozen Fireflys.  She just moved too fast for my shield and single SoG.

I will state that if I had an Oty in my starting hand (instead of the shield, second Pulvy, or Flying Weapon), it would have been armored and munching on EEs and Queens by turn 3, so it seems like it might have been just a bad draw.  The odds of getting at least one Oty in your first hand are over 70%.  Can it recover without one?

Good question. I think not. The Oty is required to stop the queens plopping out every turn and heavy armor to start nomnom them at once.

Pulvy can be a few turns late as early eagle (in weapon slot or animated) sometimes doesnt snipe because FireQueen prefers to play queens and thus runs out of air or is staying low at 0-2 quanta.

edit
To make the deck better one could remove at least 2 flying weapons they are quite dead cards really, 1 pulvy in play is really enough. Add another diamond shield to get those to 3.
