Can me an awesome card. If you can get it out early and keep it from dying then it can be fun to use. The problem is that it is really brittle. Even upped can be killed with really no difficulty.

They can be monstrous and a serious threat, but can also be a whimp destroyed just after the summoning.
P.S. The Fire Spirit now costs 2 :fire quanta.

I've never liked these much because they're slow, it takes a while before they're doing any meaningful damage. Now that they cost :fire :fire I like em a bit better. I'd probably use a couple in a deck with immolates (in conjuction with the beatles) because they could either be blown up or grown up depending on what you needed.

i don't like them very much since they are slow, but since for a while they cost 2 :fire quanta , i guess they are ok.

but forest spirit needs 2 types of quanta.

this card is good when used along side a more powerful creature (usually gets targeted second under the other creature and does a little extra damage.

Fire spirit is still a little underused in the current meta. and it does not help with the current meta. however it is still a powerful force when it is used by beginners for starters. And the upgrded version does not help much either. unlike lava golems whos is so much powerful and faster, this creature seems like a joke. the upgraded version only increase its life by one. and any cc will kill it. it is not significantly fast even with the extra 2 attack. but of course, it depends on preferences. It is so disheartening that this thread also has no more post in it for one year.

I enjoy using this card you can immolate it just to get a stronger creature out there, or you can pump it up and make it a serious but brittle threat

They provide a HUGE backbone to my deck. I love the card. Though the card may be slow, it sits around for a few turns and it hurts bad. And my deck has a lot of CC to give them time to evolve. Being a cheap card, it's great. If they were more expensive, I wouldn't use them as much, but their price makes them perfect.
