The Judgment of Fire begins. Thirteen lovely candidates to choose from. Which shall come out on top? It is up to you!
-
I judged based on the efficiency and necessity of the fire card in my deck. That is firestorm, of course, but perhaps if I was using a fire deck I would pick Fahrenheit or fire lance.
-
You spelled Deflag wrong. I picked Deflag because it is easy to splash it in with a mono deck for permanent Control.
-
Farenheit is the king of the scorch deck.
6 Brimstone eaters + 12 pillars = 5 + 3X damage, where X is the turn number.
8 turn win, not counting damage from actual creatures.
-
Turn one Lava Golems are fun.
-
Lava Golems have another element ability, grow and are useful.
-
Farenheit is the king of the scorch deck.
Fahrenheit. Damage grows at no cost to you.
-
Firestorm (with bonewalls and graveyard).
-
All of it depends on the scenario.
-
Fahrenheit <3
-
Immolation: Dragon or Golems in the first Turn :P
-
I woud like ruby dragon.
-
Brimstone eater.
He looks cool........
-
i like firebolt most, cause it cant be predicted, when 4 in hand and you shot down opponen from 80 in one turn.
-
imolt.... asheater + imolt = crimson dragon 2nd turn.
-
I gotta go with either Deflag or a Plate Armoured Lava Destroyer...
-
POLL IS BACK UP
-
reign of fire hands down
-
Farenheit is my favorite, and should be yours too :fire
-
Farenheit is my favorite, and should be yours too :fire
Well, why should that by my favorite? You know, people usually have opinions of their own.
-
I just love fire bolt.. Theres nothing like seemingly being no threat to your opponent all throughout the game and then one hitting them just before he beats you. Best feeling in the game for me hands down.
-
i didn't vote on it .. but i think Fire Buckler with only 2 (4.5%) is very undervaluated ... >.>
-
Poll needs to be restarted with the Phoenix, my only vote on this one was Explosion which I prefer over steal esp now the cost of steal.
-
rage potion, cause you can use it for creature control and also for strenghtening your own critters, like pumped lava golem.
-
Brimstone Eater! I like speed...
-
Phoenix is not updated yet...it is now my fav.
voted for firebolt- crazy creature control spell
and explosion- cheap and good in 1.21 since steal costs more
-
brimstone eater small but with fractal and ruby dragons can be devastating :fire :fire :fire :fire= second favorite element but uses it 1% of the time (not!!!)
-
IMO, Immo.
Badum-TSSSSSSSH!!!!
So what if I posted in this thread for the sole reason of making that pun? Immolation is awesome. It's the difference between a fast deck and an epic OMGWTFHAPPENEDTOMYHEALTH deck.
-

OMGLOLWUTBBQROFLMAOWHAT???
For some reason, Fractal fails to Mono-Aether and Mono-Darkness
-
Immolation.
Because tank cards on first turn are just the best.
-
WHAT HAPPENED TO PHOENIX????? :o :o :o
Well, in that case...
Cremation: The only card after nova that can provide you with lotsa quantum.
Explosion: Destroy anything you can target, for only 1 :fire
Fahrenheit: You got :fire?? You don't have cards in hand?
So what? Fahrenheit will beat the crap outta your opponent.
Where is that damn protect artifact? :D
-
Fire Storm is a great card, very useful in conjunction with so many other cards in the game... might be amongst the strongest cards.
-
Why phönix is missing ?
-
i like fire spectre cause it grows with the same element which is unique :fire ::)
-
added Phoenix/Minor Phoenix as option
-
added Phoenix/Minor Phoenix as option
changed vote :D BTW, congrats, new master!!
-
Phoenix because I LOVE firebirds. Always have. I saved Antagon's avatar to my hard drive, don't worry, won't use it here. On some other forum maybe.
-
Iamgine this against the FFQ FG - Bone Wall up, he has about 12-15 creatures out, mostly FF's. Pop down 2-3 Rain of Fires, and BOOM your Bone Wall has another 24-30 stacks. That is why RoF is the best card Fire has.
-
Phoenix FTW!!
-
It's a shame we only get three choices, cause (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/Smileys/SoLoSMiLeYS1/fire18x18.png) has all the best cards. I wanna to pick them all!
-
Explosion, 1 fire quanta to remove any permanent, those pesky shields and sundials can no longer slow you down.
-

you are wrong, fire spirit/spectre is poor!
-
I have no favorite fire cards but I just chose any.
-
Votes go to
*drummroll*
RoF for epic awesomeness, and
Immolation for usefulness in many decks
BTW: fire is evil! >:D >:( >:D >:(
-
i would have to say fire golems for there ability to grow into unstopable mosters. fire bolts are also pretty awsome with there ability to take down people at full health in one blow. :fire :fire :fire all the way :P :-X :o
-
i wonder why rage potion just got 3 votes, while fire spirit and brimstone easter got 6 and 7. at least the spirit/spectre is never that usefull, potion is!
-
Fire shield obviously the best
As long as it isn't stealble or destroyable (i.e. quint it) then you have a way to kill pretty much EVERY creature in the game -- immaterial Phase Dragon deck to shrieker/gabroid decks and all the inbetweens -- who would not want that?
-

I Agree. Fire Shield is one of the most useful cards of Fire.
I'm using a deck with only fire Cards and my W/L is about 10.
-
Fear da powah of the brimstone eater, it eats brimstone and gives you :fire it fuels germes ever growing farenheit and is a fine adition to pillarless.
-
rof (rain of fire) is the best because rainbows are the key for killing false gods and rainbows without rof just arent the same
-
and for ray of light hope fractal
-
Immolation/Cremation 36 (13.4%)
Lava Golem/Lava Destroyer 37 (13.8%)
Who voted for Golem and not Cremation? If you pick one you should have to pick the other, they just go together so well. C'mon people, really!
-
Phoenix/minor phoenix XD
-
Phoenix is the most abused card. Farenheit is an awesome win by itself weapon and ruby dragon is just sexy
-
I think that the Phoenix/minor phoenix is the best fire card :D
-
Immolation/Cremation 36 (13.4%)
Lava Golem/Lava Destroyer 37 (13.8%)

I voted for Destroyer without Cremation, too :P
There's other nice cards to choose from :)
Like a precious Fire Nymph...
-
Pheonix is awsom! XD
-
lava destoyer becuse it just keeps getting stonger if u have earth
-
phoenix can be reborn
-
Cremation. Allowing 24 damage on turn 1 thanks to this card is a GREAT feeling.
-
One of the many reasons i picked phoenix is its abillity to come back to life. This almost makes it invulnerable vs non lobotomiser decks.
-
phoenix.
kinda obvious......
then the fire sword, then nymph.
-
phenox=best card evr
-
I voted for Fire Shield, Red Nymph and Phoenix.
Well, Phoenix is pretty obvious: it's awesome!
Why the Red Nymph? Because I have one! mwuhah!
And the Fire Shield is it, bacause with it is a mono fire stall deck able to beat a mono life rush... sometimes.
-
Lava and cremation....many coins gained with this!! :-*
-
phoenix...................... no reason needed its just to awesome
-
I noticed I chose for the top 3 but here it goes:
Destroyer: Potentially the best creature in the game, I love 'em!
Immolation: Unique way to speed up decks, awesome card!
Phoenix: I love how you can immolate them and use rebirth. I know I use this word alot but it makes them: Unique!
-
go golems!
-
:fire :fire phoenix never dies :fire :fire
-
I love the phoenix. Perfect balance for a creature, and even looks good! 5 * for phoenix!
-
I would go with Phoenix, Fire Shield, and Rain of Fire.
Phoenix has an immortal cycle, and I have to use my Ice Bolts twice to kill it completely. :-\
Fire Shield is the greatest fair shield in the game. It can even kill the immortals! 8)
And Rain of Fire... Ummm... May be I would just say: destructive. :-X
-
Lava golem for the grow abillity , phoenix for the revive thingy and fahrenheit!! :fire
-
Immolation; quanta advantage in the first few turns is always nice.
-
Red Nymph/Fire Nymph ...because she's hot!
And intended pun? ;D
So Nymph Queen is much cooler than Fire Nymph. :P
-
Phoenix - hard to kill or use many cards for his death
firebolt-kaflaaaameee
desertknight said all:D
-
woot go pheonix!
-
My recent hatred for Immolation Golem/Phoenix rushes has led me to change my vote to Rage Potion:
Great offensive card, can be used as a buff or as CC wich makes it very versatile.
-
I voted for Immolation, Rain of Fire, and Deflagration.
Immolation: Great quanta accelerator; the only other card in the game that can compare to is is nova.
Rain of Fire: One of very few mass creature removal cards. (the others are pandemonium and thunderstorm)
Deflagration: Who doesn't love permanent removal? This one's so good, I've actually made decks that were all-mono, except for mark of fire and a couple of these.
-
Haven't been playing long enough to know some of the true values of some of the cards since all I'm doing really
is grinding level 3s :] But I voted for Immolation and Lava Golem, because getting them out within the first few turns, then the grow ability... Fun :]
-
immolation on a photon and youre off to the races...
-

um... plague is mass cc as well....
-
Oh yeah, I always forget about Plague, because I don't like death :p
So Nymph Queen is much cooler than Fire Nymph. :P
Maybe so, but I'm irresistably attracted to Gravity Nymph. I try to make time for Golden Nymph as well.
-
dude best combo Phenix -> Immolation -> Fire Bolt
-
dude best combo Phenix -> Immolation -> Fire Bolt
Fire bolt?
immo is good for early quanta, fire bolt is good with long term quanta generators (pillars)
seriously fire bolt isnt the best of ideas...
sadly you need cremation too now, due to the nerf you cant get a pheonix from just one immo, a major drawback...
-
i enjoy ruby dragon becuse of it entense power i also enjoy farenheight becuse it just gets stronger and stronger.
-
I love Deflag… Removes those pesky dim shields and allows your 6 dragons to attack. :D
-

annialation
-
I'ma immolate so I can deflagrate!!! :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire :fire
-
I like Fire Shield a lot... Post 29/30
-
The best card in the fire deck is definetly Deflagration. That's a card you can put in almost any deck and it's so useful.
-
i like farenheit..... the weapon that can deal the most damage of all......
-
Actually farenheit can deal 20 damage at max while a catapulted titan deal 33 so titan can deal more damage.
Ok I stop :P
-
well, u don't consider catapult a weapon right?? compare with other weapon it deals the most damage
-
after thinking I found that after 17 turns an arsenic will deal more damage with the poison.
Anyway Yes fahrenheit have an awesome raw power when you have enough quanta, that's why I like it too. Though a bone wall can be very annoying if you have only your weapon
-

yup.. if i play fire stall using weapon, if i see bonewall, i may as well quit
-
immolation ! immolation !
-
I like immolation for a fast deck
-
I would say lava golems IF you have the earth quanta to pump them up they can easily be better than dragons
-
simple, has to be the Faherienheit. Its my favourite but not the best =)
-
My favorite card of fire, seraph is a creature with 10 damage with lower price, and still may be immaterial, besides the more that art work is very beautiful.
-
Fahrenheit is too hard to pass up, but brimstone eater is a very close second, i mean damage = quanta * 2 + quanta generation + synergy with cremation nom nom nom
-
i must of been drunk, fahrenheit is rubbish.
For pure damage; fire bolt,
For style; lava golem (with an earth mark) and,
For OPness; Cremation when mixed well with minor pheonix
-
LAVA DESTROYER gogogogo!
-
Deflagration. O what you'll do without it?
-
Watching some opponents try to destroy your phoenixes and just rebirthing them over and over feels so good ;3
-
The Crimson dragon is a very good choice because of its attack.
-
Deflagration. O what you'll do without it?
use (more) SoFo?
-

Let's Shardsthegame! Lolwut
My favorite: Minor phoenix with Crem.
-
:fire Phoenix :fire
-
rain of fire without a shadow of doubt super cc and it destroys cloak and hurts the monsters hidden
-
Deflagration, especially when destroy dimensional shield. 8)
-
Farenheit is the king of the scorch deck.
6 Brimstone eaters + 12 pillars = 5 + 3X damage, where X is the turn number.
8 turn win, not counting damage from actual creatures.
-
Phoenix! I like seeing people struggle to kill it.
-
the Fire Spirit is the Star of my pure flame deck! him and his little Brimstone eater buddy ;D
I've learned that the Phoenix isn't so immortal, just Rage it after it kills itself on a fire shield
-
firelance definitely, cheap and always useful
-
Deflagration.. it's cheep onlye 3 :fire also it's good for destroying sheilds you will be able to attack him easily without being frozen or turning into skeleton :P or anything else.
-
rain of fire could be the most useful card for :fire
deflagration is one of my favorite cards :fire
I've learned that the Phoenix isn't so immortal, just Rage it after it kills itself on a fire shield
very true ive learned that as well
-
fahrenheit my favorite cart'
-
Hmmmm, this needs a poll, methinks!
1. Deflag
PC. Not much PC in the game, so an spell (instant kill) PC is so valuable to MANY MANY decks.
2. Golem
Let it live a few turns and it becomes unkillable (save Freeze + Shockwave, but who does that outside of Neptune?). Immo-golem is always good rush-fun.
3. Fireshield
I love Firestall, which is totally incomplete and fail without these.
-
my upped fahrenheit is my Favorite Fire Card 5 damge + x and x =fire quanta / 5 75 / 5 = 15 + 5 =20 a turn thats a 5 turn win if I did the math right
-
my upped fahrenheit is my Favorite Fire Card 5 damge + x and x =fire quanta / 5 75 / 5 = 15 + 5 =20 a turn thats a 5 turn win if I did the math right
And if you somehow get 75 fire quanta on the first turn.

that would be fun of course youre opponent would ragequit most likely
-
Golem become awesome in 3-5 turn
-
Golem and Immolation - Deadly combination.
-
Farenheit. Coupled w/ Immolation is dangerous.
-
It all depends on the scenario.
Immolation: Good with weaker creatures such as photon or ash eater. Very dangerous when coupled with Fahrenheit or other quanta-dependent cards. Even better in the form of Cremation. Plus, unlike nova, it doesn't have limited uses per turn (at least not to my knowledge.).
Brimstone Eater: Like a burning pillar that attacks. Incredibly useful. It also only costs 1 quanta, adding to its usefulness.
Lava Golem/Destroyer: Not the best alone, but with an earth mark it works amazingly. Parallels and outside stat boosts make this card an even bigger force to be reckoned with.
Phoenix/Minor Phoenix: A glass cannon and a sentinel in the same card? Perfect! Has surprising endurance with its ability that allows it to revive when in Ash form. Minor Phoenix is even better considering the ability to be spammed more easily. Works amazing with fractal, proven by the False God "Eternal Phoenix".
Ruby Dragon: The definition of a glass cannon. Sure, it's 2 health is discouraging, and it costs 12 fire quanta, but that is more than made up for by its gargantuan 15 damage per turn. (7 hit kill when used alone) Couple this with cards that allow you to increase a creature's health, and you have a monster.
Fire Lance: Why did I pick this over fire bolt? It can be spammed easier. At 75 quanta, 6 fire bolts do 132 damage. Fire lance, however, increases that to 144 damage, thanks to it only costing 1 quanta instead of 3. Couple this with some creatures and Fahrenheit and you have a great strategy on you.
Fahrenheit: Probably my favorite fire card (and favorite card in general). I was so happy when I got this after completing the 500 score quest that I instantly upgraded it. At very high quanta levels, this does 20 damage, more than even Ruby Dragon!
Fire Storm: Like the difference between fire bolt and fire lance, I picked this over Rain. This is like Thunderstorm from the Air element, but it does 1 more damage for a higher quanta cost. This card has been used well in some strategies like Firecell and even in decent Mono Fires and Duals.
Deflagaration/Explosion: Destroys a permanent. Doesn't sound awesome? Shields like Dimen-Shield, Dusk Mantle, Procrastination, Unholy, Diamond Shield, Dissipation, and weapons like Discord, Arsenic, Pulverizer, Trident, and Eternity can all be destroyed by this one card.
Shard of Bravery (Also known as: SoB): This shard is used in a number of strategies, including the ever-so-infamous Voodoo Bravery. It is one of the more popular shards, and I concur to the global opinion. Speeding up the gameplay like precognition and golden hourglass was an amazing idea, especially considering now time isn't the only element able to do so.
Overall, my pick would be Fahrenheit because of its versatility and output, but all of these are great picks.
