I ended up borrowing some ideas from Wait 1.32, which has a bit of irony.
Made it fat, put in a twist, and off we go...

It works!!!!  Sometimes, kind of...  Okay Okay! It stalls and stalls and stalls and stalls, games are like 40+ turns... then it WINS!!!!  Sometimes with an EM?!?!?!  Well against AI4 and Silver, sometimes Gold, I guess Plat if you get lucky...

Alright, honestly it needs some more improvements, but it does better than Waiter here, I didn't promise a Miracle or anything. 

Take it and run with it if your're into deck building.

Honestly, the SoVs are not worth using in this deck. The only way that they'll be useful is when you manage to Mindgate a card that can deal damage to the opponent directly somehow. That's relying on four cards in a 120 card deck to make 8 cards actually worth using. That's pretty sad, and the card slots could definitely be used for better cards.

Also, what exactly is the theme of this deck? Sure, maybe Rainbow doesn't exactly have a theme, but it was more made as a FG that uses a rainbow deck. And since that FG already exists, what is the point of creating a stall version of that deck with no significant theme either?
