I just went up against miracle and got a mastery with more than 20 cards left, all because he NOT ONCE played a single Miracle. I just whittled away at his health and no Miracle was in sight. (I also used Pulveriser to destroy all of his towers if that means anything. )

Did he have less than 12 white quantum? If not then yeah, that also happened to me once.

I guess even False Gods get a bad draws sometimes.

When I first made my version of Scaredgirl's deck, I used it against the Gods and went up against Scorpio. At the time, I had no idea what any of the Gods did, or what they specialized in, but somehow I won against Scorpio without getting poisoned at all. o-o He didn't draw a single Poison, Arsenic, or Chrys. The second time I faced him, he slaughtered me with poison...and I was frustrated because I didn't even know he COULD poison. o-o (Through, I should've known by just looking at his Mark and his choice of Pillars. >.<")

There is only 1 version of each god. There is a chance you kill Seism without him drawing a quicksand just like the OP killed Miracle without him drawing a miracle.

that's what i was talking about, i'd never seen it happen to him, so i asked if it was possible for him to get that bad of a draw.

I've had seism go 5-6 turns before using a 'quake. that's even worse than him playing one a turn because you sit there holding towers hoping to draw a protect artifact!!
