On a serious note, if grav/DM give you trouble, why not add a few lobo's, like 2 or so. It will greatly increase your win chances, maybe add a miracle for a last second heal?ah, you mean this .. well. not sure .. adding two lobos might require one or two more pillars and the deck size is 34 so you have lesser chance to cast hope (with previously fractaled photons) which is crucial for this deck but yes, lobo would solve many problems with generally all FGs
edit, hmm .. two lobos for 2 congeals might do a job and the deck size is still 30

Why did you choose to put in Congeal exactly?
tested with 11 pillars and 2 elocutors (- 3 congeals) and doesn't work same and well, congeals are better however 2 congeals and one elocutor for safe might be reasonable

I see why you use Congeal and the deck does look like a good Farmer. I think that it may be better than SoSac Dials.

Can you give us some stats (as in win/lose ratio)?
Have you considered adding dragons? RoL + Fractal + SoP can do big damage, but takes a long time to set up, and dragons / angels could do a good chunk of damage quickly. You probably have a ton of light quarta since you don't need it after that first hope.
Also, probably no need to limit yourself with 30 cards no matter what.

This deck is great, I just run with Miracles instead of Congeals and it works wonders. Racked in 20k in a few hours.

Replace some Aether Tower with Water ones? Fractal uses up all the saved Aether quanta, anyway.

This can be done if u are supposed to not farm FG
Fg has a huge rush potential, even with pends the octopi strategy is slower than fractal and hope, and in general u don't have space for them, over the 2 congeal miracle is better against fg with poison, and for draw chance 2 electru, so -2 congeal + miracle and electro
Wasting some water quanta doesn't mean nothing, both sobr air rush and chaos wyrms waste :fire and :entropy
