No.  This card, I find, is balanced enough as is.
Also, with the way the game is going, and I agree with it, is that Rainbows will eventually be a thing of the past.  Eventually, slowly, we will see Mono and Duo decks dominate the game, which will be amazing when it happens.
This card is balanced, apart from the cost.... Definitely needs upping........
This card is by far better then rain of fire or any area effect spell, because more then often if saves your life massively and very very effectively...

Mono and duo dominates the game = make the game boring...... Sadly.....
12 elements, but you are limited to pick a few in your deck? Seriously how boring ist that......
I dont thnk that would be boring. I think it would make it more entertaining to see the different strategys that are created

Pandemonium is randomness incarnate.
I cant really agree with that because you still have 2 things for sure:
- All effects are negative.
- They will just target enemy creatures. Im talking about the upped version because no one will use the unupped unless the creatures are immortal.

Really, dont seem to be realiable, because you dont know what will come exactly, but looks like its much better than RoF in most cases, and even more in Rainbow decks.

Well, although I really dont think it fits entropy, let it come so we can see what this card is able to do.

From playing with it, no, it's not better than Rain of Fire in most cases. It lacks the consistency to be better in most cases. It cycles through the creatures and often times it would just Gravity Pull and effectively do nothing to quite a few of the creatures.

Randomness incarnate, quite possibly.

How is it better than firestorm? Oh, you mean, you want to keep some cells for next harvest?

Unupped costs 3 less, I think it's definitely playable.
Look back and you'll find my creatureless deck that plays it unupped to deal with anything that can damage me through shards.

Cost of 2 >>> Cost of 7 and so this certainly can be better than rain of fire.

Whereas RoF can kill many creatures and weaken lots others, this card can also  kill many, just a larger variety, rather than only those with 3 or less HP's
Also this card can criple others by mutating/lobotomising etc

Better than RoF in some cases, if not more cases

Well it targets you too, so you malignant cell yourself and get tons of armor for your bone wall, while replacing your lost malignant cells with skeletons so it's reusable.

Deck idea:

pandemonium (unupped)
bone wall
aflatoxin
graveyard
condor
retrovirus

Just play it as late as possible. You should be able to kill multiple cells before the spell reaches you. And hope that it won't get reversed.
