I wouldn't say it's "ultimate" when you can't depend on the random factor all the time.

It is ultimate in terms of being interesting and awesome-epic-looking. If you ever tried playing an anti-FG rainbow deck (without pulvy) and tried it with either Fallen Elf or with Butterfly Effect, you might notice that BE is more dependable and might be slightly more effective, but FE is muuuuuch more interesting

The same goes for RoF compared with Pandamonium.

Ok, I can imagine one spell that would be even more ultimate - mass mutation! Mutate all creatures on the field, that would be awesome, fill both your and opponents field with malignant cells... and boom! Unless you desync

I tested this card in the trainer and I must say that love it.
When I released the havoc for the fist time I couldn't believe my eyes.
It's just incredible.

they should just make a serious of cards like this, the ones that affect all monsters (or enemy monsters)

like...

aether - mass lobotomize
death - mass poison (already exists; plague)
gravity - mass momentum
etc.


it would be even better if some of them use up the entire quanta pool, since some would be sorta overpowered.

No I don't think all elements should have a mass effect as I wasn't encouraging the idea for each deck to have a use all quanta card either because I want each element to have it's own look and feel.
