I'd like to know what this "random effect" is. Is it Chaos Seed or something else?

With some more testing, upped at 6 is still very powerful, but much fairer
Agree with Xoned as I want to add 1 of this as a last resort or some sort of a KO card!

Un-upped being 3 sounds much fairer too. At 2 just doesnt mke much sense to use chaos seed (norml version) anymore...
And immortal dont get affected, so its easily to abuse the low cost of un-upped!

It doesn't affect malignant cells...
There goes my only reason for using the card.
I think the upped version should target your opponent ONLY. Either that or it affects those damn malignant cells.
Darn, I was going to try out the card in that fashion. But, my second choice was Fractal.

Time to try it out.

Yes. It's a Chaos Seed. So you cast this and Drain/Bolt/Lightning/PU/lobo (random each time) everything.

Yea, gravity pull, poison, congeal, shockwave too!

Hm... now I'm thinking of an :entropy :death with unupped Pandemonium... too awesome.

Yep, it's like a Chaos seed. Obviously, the best random attacks are PU and Lightning - both from :aether. B-)

Haven't read the entire thread but...

Is it the same random effect applied to all or does every single creature get their own roll?

 :-\

EDIT:

Also, I'd like to see it get a Miracle/Fractal style quanta wipe so you can't just horde them while you build up your army, then spam them until you get an effect you like.

Every creature gets their own roll.

The quanta wipe will make this card very underpowered. As it stands, it is just slightly too cheap. The upgraded version currently costs 5 :entropy, the same amount as an upgraded Fire Storm. The unupped version is much cheaper but also effects your creatures. It's cool because it costs so little. Draining all quanta would remove that important aspect of the card.

Imagine Gravity pull slipping from creature to creature (you can only have 1 gravity pull on the board) :D

After trying it out, I like it and think it works the way it is (in the trainer). It's almost an Entropy equivalent to Firestorm but less reliable if you don't have high Quanta amounts.

No, it's only negative.  Zanz also excluded really "expensive"/powerful effects like Antimatter and Aflatoxin from the list.
It does PU occasionally...but yes other than that I've only seen Poison, Rewind, Freeze and "Snipe" (aka Owl's Eye animation doing 3 damage)

I'd love to see some cards that allow you to affect randomness. Eg. increase your chances of getting something good out of mutations/fate eggs, increasing your chances of getting particular quanta out of quantum pillars...

Increasing your chances of rewinding all opposing creatures at once :P

Anyway, I'm all for PANDAmonium. Pandas are awesome. It should have a 17% chance to spawn Holy Cows instead though.

One thing is sure... entropy decks will be always interesting to play :P
