so um...don't use it when you're low on quanta or still need to cast a lot of stuff...
It's really nice in a rainbow deck in later stages of the game though when you have 30+ of each quanta sitting around unused

This card is pretty much used only for Stalls/Rage Quit decks. Otherwise you see your quanta blow up right in front of you.

Is Dissipation Field bugged? It seems to work for the first couple of rounds, but after that my hp goes down as if I had no shield, even with plenty of quanta. This is damage from monster cards on the playing field.

Did you have a sanctuary? Sanctuary causes it not to work.

This could be the strongest shield if you can maintain it; It's unupped card cannot be stolen effectively unless your opponent is also using Entropy.

It can be stolen effectively, with the effect being that you no longer have it protecting you once it's been stolen from you.

This buckler can't protect the players wich steal it? I have stolen this buckler to a player, I had 45 quanta entropy and the player reached me, why?

Ah yes. I understand. I have stolen a sanctuary before looooooooool. The player put that if I could steal all his sanctuarys XDD

This is a great risk reward. If you have a powered up rainbow deck late game, this shield will make you near invincible.
But unless you have gobs of quanta spare, you might end up starving yourself out of the game.
