Submit your questions for the developer.


(pretend you've got some Journalistic Integrity like him)

Guidelines
This project's aim is to find out what are the most meaningful questions this community has, and put them up to the Lead Developer so that they get an answer.  Please try to choose questions that will either enhance our comprehension of the game as it is, or that give us a glimpse of future projects.  We have a chance to understand the Developer's point of view on the game, so we'd better not waste it!

Limitations
You can post only one question, so make sure it's a good one.  This means that you can post only once on this topic.  Do not include unnecessary examples or multiple questions within a question; try to think of the most simple and concise way to get your point across.  Multiple posts from the same member will all be disqualified, so make sure you only post once.

This thread will run for two weeks.  Make sure you post your one question here by that time.  When the time has ended, the Council will select the best questions.

The last interivew, titled An interview with zanzarino! was done by vrt in Feb. 2011.

You've done very well in maintaining a balanced game, and for that I thank you. However, many people, myself included, feel that this card:
Spoiler for Holy Light:
needs some sort of fixing. Elemental hate, as card ideas like this have come to be called, are viewed very unfavorably by the community. In certain meta's (war for example), Holy Light is even considered OP.

Would you ever consider changing this card, or otherwise remove the anti  :darkness/ :death component?

How often do you check the forums regarding it's development and bother changing certain things i.e. new cards, buffing/nerfing cards, popular suggestions proposed by the community?

I have 2 questions, one for OP and one for Zanz.

For Plastique: Is this for real? I mean, is this just for fun/fantasizing, or do you really gonna do an interview with Zanz?

The real question:
Do you see it in any way possible that, if the futher developement of the game becomes a burden, you pass the code and the developing rights to a selected few from the community? Or atleast allow others to co-develop with you?
Or do you want to keep the game forever in your portfolio? Would you think that if you allowed for others to alter the game, you couldn't use it as a show-off project?

Other than bringing EtG to Kongregate (which brought popularity to new heights) the game has relied exclusively on word-of-mouth, forgoing any advertising that some other flash games rely on to build a player base.  Do you have any plans to expand the game through marketing/advertising and is there anything the community can do to help?
