For the main pieces (with the exception of the King) there's no restriction for the number of cards used per element - they just have to follow the 'forum-definition' of duo, and also they can use any mark.
Then what is the 'forum-definition' of duo? At least 1 card?

"Cards from exactly two elements and "Other".  Mark is irrelevant.

So this means you may build a deck with 29 frogs and 1 shockwave with Time mark if you'd like, but we encourage to use "proper" duos to face your opponent :]

Gucubbies you are done with decks already?
yeah...  this probably sounds like im a nerd, but i finished before the spots were filled up...  was too impatient to wait.  haha
wow...  im deciding where to put which decks for the pawns.  I cant believe how many times i have asked myself this one question within the last hour: "which pawn is the one i need the most?"

EDIT:  im... finally... done.  never before have i made so many decks with card restrictions.  I tell you: this will definitely be a truly EPIC event.

If you have an Hourglass captured, you might attack a piece with your first action, then move with another piece. However, there might be cases where the second action would depend on the success of the first action. If this happens, players are asked to use the following format:

1. d1xe3 [d1 attacks e3]
2. If succeeds, f2-f3 [f2 moves to f3]
If fails, c2-c3 [c2 moves to c3 instead]

~end quote

I don't understand this...  are you posting your moves before you move?
If not, then can't I just put:
1. d1xe3
2. f2-f3
or if the attack fails:
1. d1xe3
2. c2-c3

Yes, this will be highlighted in each Round-header: You must post your move before you actually make it. This is to avoid any cheating attempt or the screwing up of the board. It's also easier for everyone to track back how the match went.

It is legal, providing there is an enemy piece in A3.  Pawns can only move diagonally when attacking, no other time.  En passant is an attack that happens under a special condition.  If you have a pawn 2 spaces away from the enemy row of pawns, say your E2 pawn makes its way to E6.  If your opponent moves either pawn D8 or F8, two spaces forward you can then move your pawn diagonally putting your pawn behind theirs, also taking that piece, in this case you would engage in a duel.

Yes, it is legal. Pawns can "attack" Hourglasses as well.

If you read what was here before, ignore it.  I'll just abuse the board to prove my point better.

question about pawns.. If I get my pawn to an hourglass on the extreme left or right (A or I), does it mean it has now 0 chance to become a queen unless it gets to attack to B or H? Not sure if ot would need to be changed.. maybe if you hit the other hourglass with it you can then go diagonnally?

I realized this the first time I saw the board.  As long as there are no rule changes to fix this, your pawn is stuck there.  just one more reason why we need a regular board....  in my opinion.
