Change is somewhat helpful. I still think it either needs to go up in cost or have a max/set damage.
You're just as selfish as I am. You're just not as good at it yet.

Some facts about  Warden:

- It can only attack creatures which are not airborne, Warden gets a 1 turn delay after using "guard"
- It can guard all creatures, even airborne creatures (1 turn delay for your Warden and the creature)
- Momentum can be used to increase attack, this attack also works against creatures.
- No higher damage against creatures with adrenaline. It attacks the creature once and the rest against the opponent.

I think Zanz is trying to slowly buff airborne creatures to get them past the "novelty" phase. I like this card a lot. This (unlike scorpions) is an ability WORTH needing a 2 card combo to get the full effect of.
This sig was interrupted by Joe Biden

In transition metal chemistry, Iridium and Vanadium do not have anything in common (outside the fact that they are transition metals).
The following couples would make more sense chemically:
- Titanium | Vanadium
- Vanadium | Niobium
- Rhodium | Iridium
- Iridium | Platinum
for example ...

Would there be any objection to making its ability cost  :time ?  It kinda goes with the delay mechanic.  It would also keep the squid and nymph special in that they're mono/mono cost delayers.

Alternatively:

-Make the warden rare

-Make freeze stack, perhaps in a non-linear fashion (e.g. congeal freezes for 4 turns, but every freeze or congeal thereafter only adds an aditional 1 turn)

-Make delay a toggle.  If a creature is delayed, hitting it with the warden's ability doesn't add more delay counters, it removes existing ones.

-Make airborne creatures flat out untargettable to the warden

-remove the damage to target mechanic.  It's convoluted; save it for something else and keep this as a cheap defensive card.

making it rare doesn't solve anything (in fact it makes it more imbalanced, as those who have will take advantage of it, and those who don't are just sad... plus, are rares really rare? with T50?)
making airborne creatures immune does though
