I looked at it once... And I have to say, considering the amount of rage potions, lightnings, plagues and reverse times the AI 3 loves to play, it's 1. better if there is at least one turn (two is better...) difference between the first fish and first epi, and 2. you only use 5 creatures in a deck against AI3...? You won't have more than two creatures often, and they can be CC-ed easily. (Well, at least they are resistent against Maxwell's Daemon, Otyugh, Freeze, and Basilisk Blood)
What i want to say is, that this deck might be perfectly fine against AI4 and PVP 2 (I don't play there that often, so I don't really know that), but against AI3, increasing the win chance a bit by adding more creatures and removing the congeals (since AI3 is slow anyway, and most CC-Creatures of them are useless against 3/5 creatures) is the better option to maybe decrease speed a little bit, but avoiding frustration by 3 rage potions or two lightnings in a row.
I would use it against AI 3 by removing the towers for pends, creating a turn-gap between fishes and epi, then removing 4 congeal, adding 1 fish and 3 dragons (I would test out how much life or ice dragons would be better, depending on quanta balance). If you don't want the slow-down by late-game dragons, add 3 Cocks instead (more CC-resisent than frogs).
