This is like my other Dimensional artifact deck but with twin universe basalt dragons instead of fractal steel golems. From playing both decks this one seems like it might be a bit more stable so I'm posting it. Open to comments and suggestions. By the way BTU stands for basalt twin universe in case it isn't obvious.
