It seems that with your last deck you want to combine two different deck types. Normally there's nothing wrong with this but you have to ask yourself whether it's worth splashing just for a few cards when you consider the other options. For example, a very solid UG deck can be made from that shell:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5f9 5f9 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5od 5od 5od 5od 5of 5of 5of 5of 5om 5om 5om 5om 5om 5oo 5oo 5oo 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 8pr

The deck hits hard and fast with Dragonflies to ping down your opponent early and help accelerate you into big Dragons and a load of Unstable Gasses. I cut it down to 30 cards and only used 5 Gasses because they can end up being dead cards without drawing an Immo, but taking an Air mark allows for much speedier starts while relying a tad on luck to end the game. A Fire mark version below is more streamlined but not as capable of blistering starts:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5of 5of 5of 5ol 5ol 5om 5om 5om 5om 5om 5om 5oo 5oo 5oo 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 8po

The above version also has room for Eagle's Eyes, which are a huge asset to have, being capable of shutting down your opponent's offense single-cardedly. Note that in both versions the number of Wings was reduced. This is for two reasons: One, without any playable spiders they can be dead cards in some matchups, such as vs. other Air deck. Two, thirty turns of stalling is simply not necessary, especially when you start the game at 23 (Or 22 if you lose the flip) and if your opponent has PC they typically want to use it to not lose to the stream of Unstable Gasses or Eagle's Eyes, which will normally overwhelm the 2-3 Permanent control cards run by decks with access to them.
I ask nothing of humanity but fairness in all things, but I do not expect even that.

How about I direct that UG deck into a new thread, dimethyl ether? (Dimethyl ether is a similar compund that is used for fuel and is known to be flammable.)
Anyway, back to the original goal of an air/aether stall, how can I improve that?
My 3 game-modification principles:
1. If it ain't broke, don't wreck it.
2. Simple fixes for simple problems.
3. Remember to fill in the holes.

Some damage, preferably immaterial.
Replace some stall power with that, perhaps? Again, 6 wings and 6 dim shields are overkill.
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.
