@Disco I think the SoBra is for speeding up the deckout. This looks like 'the immortal' but without CC, which normally doesn't work unless your opponent has a very slow deck. The usual build doesn't use :fire and has 6 stone skins as well as Basilisk Blood for CC. The dials are a nice touch and I see them being useful, but it'd be unreliable with 60 cards.
Every time a graboid evolves, an elemental gets his wings.

And again the issue with this kind of deck is that since it doesn't have Eternity, a card with an Eternity/PA will be able to beat it even if all SoBras are used.

I am interested as to where you are using this... As people know, I am a true fan of large stalls and 500hp decks. Seeing as how this deck has no PC, CC or Shields, divided Q generation and no way to counteract poison, I'm gonna assume that you do not use this in Gold or Plat arena.

My deck (that I refer to as "The Cow" or "Oprah" or "Bri-Stall") is well equipped to handle upper level Arena and provide you with some outrageous scores. (I've hit 12.7k  :electrum in 1 game) Yes, from time to time you have decisions to make as to which way the game is going but overall it more than pays for itself.

Here's a post detailing that deck. http://elementscommunity.org/forum/rainbow-decks/bripod's-500hp-em-deck-mod/

This deck does mutate a bit with the Meta and currently I'm running this:

The thing about large stalls that grow HP's is the lovely bonuses you can gain with each win. (more bonuses for beating ranks 1-9)
Here's a post detailing Arena Bonuses: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/the-arena/looking-for-arena-win-data/

Would love to hear where you're using this and what success/failures you've had with it.
