Corrupt
Death cost (5-7)

Change target non-pillar/pendulum permanent into a poisen generator.
Can be used on weapons and sheilds.

Poisen generator poisen's card owner 1 at the end of each turn.


I wanted to give death a way to counter cards like empathic bond while keeping with the poisen theme.
Possible combo is to corrupt a card and then make it immaterial so opponet cannot destroy it.

Nice  ;) I sometimes think that deflag/destroy/steal is quite boring to remove the opponents' non-pillar/pendulum permanents

I think that it's a great idea and shouldn't make the target immaterial so that the owner is forced to destroy their (ie) shield in order to survive.

I agree great idea, but what Dragonblitz is saying is you can either leave your opponent to decide to destroy it or accumulate poison, or you can take it on yourself to make it immaterial so your opponent is stuck with the poison.
I like it. But:

I think it should be a permanent effect. The cards that get corrupted can be destroyed, just as a forest scorpion can, and scorps can stay around a lot longer than 2-3 turns.
