that card is already looking awesome :D

however i think 5 :time both players get 2x more quanta (from pilars/pendulums/marks) last 3 turns. IF DESTROYED "stagnation" is sumoned as a permanent and last the time remaining (if destroyed on the same turn it was placed any player would stop geting quanta for 3 turns. if destroyed on the last turn it woud stop quanta production for a single turn)
this idea is extremly versatile cause it can be used not only to get quanta (having the oponent getting quanta as the main cost and the 5 :time as secondary cost) but could also be used if combo with PC to stop quanta production (more comon if you have other quanta sources (imolation,nova,RoL's...)

do you get my idea?? i know i'm terrible to explain the idea...

That was my idea in the first place but trees said it would be better to just delay the pillar stacks. I may or may not create a poll on whether to have stagnation for the remaining turns or just a delay for a set amount of time.

I read that link which annele said would be very useful.
It was not.
It links me to some non-existent smithy.
Anyone please help?

There is no "Big Crunch". The very idea of it is idiotic. If the expansion of the universe, caused by the big bang, is, in fact, what causes the flow of time, how would the big bang happen in the first place, without the universe expanding, thus time not flowing in any particular direction?
