Deck 1 doesn't really work IMO. One explosion and consequentially 1 round of attack from fierce fiery fiends is all it needs to grind down a phase shield defense.
Deck 2 looks like it is something though. You can play feral bond next turn and still receive the healing if smashed. However, how to you get past DR shields like diamond/permafrost? Maybe... spam something to throw? Or even chimera? Provided you need
anyways, you could include more
generation (e.g. pends) and improve the shield penetration.
