Looks really similar to speed poison.

Speed Poison is probably one of the most optimized builds you can make for this kind of deck.

It's an old deck, sure, but still mighty effective.

I don't think you need so many shields nor graveyards; most shields will block the 2|2 skeletons and since this deck doesn't have anything to buff them or an eternity the graveyards won't do much except affect draw chance.
It is the greatest mystery of all...

Remove the Graveyards, definitely. You don't have anything killing your opponent's creatures aside from the shield, and that's based on luck. I think you should keep the number of shields, but switch 1 or 2 bucklers for bone walls.

Graveyards are nice and all, but when you have no way of killing the enemies creatures, I don't think you should use them unless you really expect to have the other person kill a lot of creatures.  Also, if you have that many Arsenics, you might consider adding in some Animate Weapons (upped) because they cost "Other" quanta so you won't need any other pillars or pendulums for it.  Other than that, maybe add a couple bonewalls in place of some of those graveyards too.

TL;DR  Take out Graveyards, add animate weapon(s) and bonewall(s).

One problem with Skull Bucklers in pvp2 format, is even after the creatures change, they'll still do damage to you. Without healing, you'll still die eventually.

I would definitely take out some of your Arsenics. The deck's not really made to stall, so it would need to be at least 5-8 cards smaller.

Some options you could think about would be to drop some shields and Graveyards and add in more CC cards to help keep your opponent's damage off. Retrovirus both fuels your Graveyards and can kill off a bunch of creatures, while also making them more vulnerable to your Skull Bucklers. If you still want to run the deck in the low-to-mid 30s, I'd suggest adding in some Congeals. They can help against the high HP or momentum creatures, and also, your extra :water quanta won't go to waste.
