 Hi everybody, I'm new here and having a blast playing elementals. I recently left the terrains of L1 to L3 and started adventuring on T50 and L5...and the deck i made is the one below.

 For starters i apologize if theres another deck like this...but i build this from scratch aswell... honestly  :))

 OK, so the basics are :
 
-Boneyard to fill your side and mutate the skeletons with Fallen Elf/Druid.
 -For defense use Bone wall
 -empathic bond for heals
 -mindgate for extra cards (keeps the usage on hourglass to a minimum)
 -steal for opponent weapons and shields
 -rain of fire to control the opponent side.

 The strategy keeps changing because you have different cards in every game keeping the monotony away  :P... i once won with a swarm of fireflies instead of mutants  :))

 The thing is it's too slow, and everytime i try to change something i break the deck so i decided to ask for help to the experts.

 Whats cards shouls i put/take out to improve the deck in terms of speed?

 In 10 games against the L5 i lost 3 won 7 with 6 being Elemental Mastery, so the deck its not working that bad.

 Against the T50 i won 3 out of 7 i think...didn't pay attention :P

well it looks like a solid rainbow you build here. let me add just a few comments:

for grinding ai3 i usually recommend a rush deck. some nice ai3 decks you might find in the Turns to win study (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,8813.0.html)

t50 is a tricky thing (decks there varie alot). a rush like Vreely's No Upgrade Fire Rush T50 Killer (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,3882.0.html) might have a better chance to win more often then a unupped rainbow.
adding a good amount of sundials might give you better wins with this deck.

so lets try to optimize this deck for ai5:
-1 fallen elf
-2 mindgate
-1 mind flayer
-1 emphatic bond
-1 quantum pillar

+ 1 hourglass (you want one hg early)
+ 2 quintessence (for protecting important creatures like druid)
+ 1 protect artifact
+ 1 or 2 plate armor (oty boost ;))
+ 1 shield (iceshield, fog shield, dimensional shield e.g.)

change mark to :time

For the classic timebow, here's what you need:
-1 boneyard

-1 fallen druid
-2 mindgates
-1 vamp stiletto
+2 hourglasses
+1 eternity
+1 protect artifact
+2 quintessences
+1 ice shield(MUST be upped)
Change mark to time
This deck focuses on using all your hourglasses to draw cards for speed, and then using an eternity to rewind a skeleton when you are about to deck out. Remember that in this deck, you will have to try to spend as much time as possible to wait for various combos, like Druid/Oty + Quint, RoF + Bonewall, Eternity + Protect artifact, and so on. I agree with hrmmm, you should also add some sundials. my tips:

- The link to SG´s rainbow.
- Don´t know how good mindgate is against lvl 5. I would use 3 Quintessence, one for a Druid or Elf, one for Oty, one for Firefly Queen.
-Vampire Stiletto is cheap, but quite weak. If you see, that you have too little healing, keep it. Other good choices for rainbows are: Eternity, Pulverizer.
- 1 Druid, 1 Elf, not 2 Druids. You can use the Elf against the enemy (and maybe then rewind the creature). The Druid has too good results, when used on the enemy.
- More defense.
Good Shields : Permafrost Shield, Titanium Shield (you don´t use earth), Jade Shield (if -1 Emp Bond).
- Empathic Bond useful in the endgame. 2 are enough.
- For the deck you made, Life is the correct mark. If you use more Hourglasses and even an Eternity, switch it to Time.
- Upgrade Otyugh (important for success).

TY all for the replys.

 I didnt have the time to test all the sugestions.

Before i got any replys i took away all the hourglasses and put mindgates (with aether mark) and it worked pretty well...
I kept mindgating pillars and other creatures to mutate while waiting for boneyard. (it kinda "speeded up" the deck because in theory i was using two decks :P) Even provided me good defense on one of the games because i mindgated lots of amethyst pillars and stole a dissipation shield.

More hourglasses and sundials are a good choice but i dont have an eternity yet so i have to pass those for now.

Vampire stilleto maintains some heal while the empathic bond is not out.

2 fallen druids arent as good as i tought. I agree that having one fallen elf + 1 fallen druid is better to mutate/lucky kill those nasty dragons.

ok then...gonna jump to trainer and try all the sugestions made.
