This is just me, but I don't see a point in upgrading Liquid Antimatter. You'd be better off saving for a deck that will improve significantly with upgrades.
What you have right there is as good as it will get. Your problem might be a lack of expertise in the use of this deck, or generally bad luck. You should have a decent record against Destiny, though it requires some luck, and a little misjudgment from the AI to not mutate your Anti-mattered creatures. Gemini is not impossible either, if she plays Massive Dragons fairly early, and you manage to LS-AM them, as well as AMing Momentumed spiders, and getting your dusk shields out early. Hecate is doable if he doesn't get his Vamp Dagger out early, and manages to get a Voodoo Doll Raged in time for you to quickly throw in LS-AM. Hermes is also doable if you get a few good hands, and don't get overwhelmed. Most decks have problems with Hermes.
Six FGs is not very bad for a fully unupped, simple deck like LS-AM. You can try to throw in a Vampire Dagger, though I've never done it.
