what can i improve??

I would do 4 owls and 4 flying weapons which betters your chances to get them out and lower bad draws.
5 wind pendulums and 5 air pillars with water mark OR 5 water pendulums and 5 air with air mark.
3 squids, 2 congeals, 4 to 5 shock waves depending on how many pillars you used.

congeals work well for creatures you need taken care of asap
congeal + shock combo for strong creatures

I think all it needs is another creature or two. Abyss Crawlers or Wyrms would be a good fit imo. Ex. -2 pends + 2 Wyrms.

1 less FW than Owl's Eye, since you don't need to fly your last owl anyway. It's a lot better to have a random Fog in there.
Swap the Squid for a Toadfish. Squids are awesome, but there is really no need for more CC in this deck, having some more damage won't hurt though.
Exchange one Pillar for an Air Pend, for the really unlikely case that you draw both pillars and the opponent uses EQ.
