This is what I have so far. The main strategy here is to use Fractal on Elite Deja Vu, then fill the battlefield with them and copying them. This dishes out lots of damage to the opponent. (Now that I think about it, this kind of strategy is more fitting in a rush deck.) There are other alternate strategies to use in case this doesn't work (Ghostmare, Scarab Rush, Oty, Etc.) My main goal is to make this into a deck that can be used for AI3 grinding.

Constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Now seeking help to turn this into a FG farming deck

so many different cards; you say that fractal vu is the main strategy but i only see one of each. You are using lots of different elements, consider cutting them down for more consistency or go full rainbow and use only qts and novas as quanta sources (with maybe a focus one one element, usually the mark should do the trick though). Also theres no need to make the deck this big, smaller decks are more likely to draw the cards you want, so unless you fear decking yourself with hourglass or intend to deckout the opponent (clearly you are not doing that) reduce the deck to 30 cards.

You honestly better off just building a new deck from scratch. If you really want you deck to have Fractal+Deja Vu as main strategy, I'd suggest having six copies of both cards, for start. After that, we need to have some sort of damage enhancement. Considering we already have enough cards to fill the entire field up with Deja Vus, you can get some Shards of Patience and watch as your 1|1 Deja Vus become more and more powerful by the second. That said, Deja Vus will need some time to generate enough force, that's when sundials can come into play. You'd have to have at least 8 of Deja Vus before you could start chaining those up though. Splash some quanta generators and you're ready to go.

I'm going to go with this option. However, I would need a temporary substitute for the SoPatiences until I can aquire them.

EDIT: This is the new deck at the moment:

I still need help on figuring out how this will work for grinding Elders.

I'm afraid, there's little to no substitute for SoP. That said, considering the fact that you have to fight in the arena to get those, I don't see you have a problem with just replacing them with some cheap time creatures, like scarabs.

The key to any deck is to ask the following: what is my win condition, and how do I get to it quickly? If your proposed win condition is "fractal deja vu" then focus on how you can do that. You'll draw fractal and deja vu more often if you have more copies of them; you'll get fractal and deja vu more often if they make up a greater percentage of your deck-- if your deck is smaller. And you'll be able to play them sooner if you have the quanta to play them when you draw them. Consistency is key!

There are two major points to hit on:
1. Identify and focus your deck around a win condition. Optimize how you get to it, both by increasing the number of copies of key cards(the stuff that is vitally important to your strategy), and by reducing unnecessary cards that you'd draw instead of those key cards.
2. Balance the amount of quanta you use vs what you can generate. If you have too much quanta usage, reduce the number of expensive cards that take up a lot. If you have too much quanta production, you can then consider fitting in some utility or bonus cards that would fit if you replaced a pillar or two.

as its the only mass buff in the game and deja vus are weak on their own there is no direct replacement. if you insist on time an fractal use ghosttal ( scarabtal is amusing but kinda slow). Technically you could use empathic bond and deja vus to create a decent (read bad) control deck. The list of weaknesses is long, but its probably the closest to rareless viable deja-vu-tal

Time/Rainbow Deck changed to Time/Aether deck, right now the Deja Vus are for filler:

Should I have Gravity cards to go along with this? If so, what should I have?

gravity cards that are sometimes splashed: gravitypull (kinda doubles with scarabs ability not that good here), black hole (only if you are expecting rainbows or decks with very tight quanta), shard of focus (rare and kinda expensive), guard (only good when upgraded and doesnt fit the deck; while guardtal is good and guard itself is good this deck doesnt generate  enough gravity for guard to be fractaled and spalshing it for the damage alone isnt in line with this decks strategy). sometimes gravityshield can deal with some annoyances for your scarabs.
In short: no
