Equal amount of pillars and pends, no denial cards, and no airbourne creatures.

Momentum on scorps, Otys as CC. Momentum over blessing because shield effects suck.

17 pendulums, no cards costing 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, or 13 quanta, and no abilities out of element.

Standard dragon rush, though falls flat because I don't know. Not a good deck by any standards.

30 cards, 6 cards of a 6 quanta cost, and equal amounts of creatures and spells.

My take on the standard Ghostmare, works okay.

That should do it for now, I may update depending later. But yes, some feedback on these ones would be good.

I'll help you with the last 2 sets of rules.

First up is: "17 pendulums, no cards costing 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, or 13 quanta, and no abilities out of element."

One of the decks i feel will do good here is psiontal: 17*pends, 6*dims, 5*psions, 2*fractal, due to lack of pc (ik there's still steal, but it shouldn't affect much). Pulvy is also not allowed because of "no abilities out of element".  Another deck that comes to mind is Liquid shadow dragons. You can choose to build deck with Black dragon, or any other dragon. For black dragon, my advise is, 17*pends, 6* dragons, 5* LS, 2* Steal, 2*dusk. If you wanna use any other dragon, just use pends of that element. This deck should do decent against any other dim/wings deck, or a rush even, as most cc is banned.

Next up is: "30 cards, 6 cards of a 6 quanta cost, and equal amounts of creatures and spells. "
Good 6 quanta cards include: Gotp, UG, FFQ, dim.

Option of psiontal is still there, with 14*pillar/pend split, 6*dims, 5*psions, 5*factal.
The UG option is: Fire mark, 14*air pillar, 2*air pend, 6*UG, 4*wing, 2*nymph/dragon, 2*deflag/shockwave.
FFQ deck might not do as well, due to there being possibly quite a few UG decks (which i suspect), but nevertheless, : Life mark 9*air pillar, 6*air pend, 6*ffq, 4*shockwave, 2*adrenaline/miracle, 3 hope. Possibly add reflective for UG.
You already have a gotp deck, which looks good. However that black dragon gives strain on dark quanta, A golden nymph will be ideal, or the time dragon. The lone drainlife and a nm, can be replaced with two RT's.
Looking at the rules, i do expect quite a few UG decks, so FFQ with reflective shield might actually do pretty well.
