I used another player's deck as a template, and then changed about 8-9 cards to try to improve it for AI3. I'd like it to work for arena as well, but I haven't tested that much. It's a decent deck for AI3, pretty awesome for pvp1, but I want to know what can be made better. No vampires or Devourers please :D

May I ask what was the reason you did not want to include Devourer or Vampire ?

Also , it looks a little heavy on Quanta [17 pillars in 30 cards] and you only have 1 Drain Life . Perhaps adding in a 2nd drain and a 3rd Steal for 2 Pillars would balance it out .

Also , splitting your pillars into 1/2 pillars 1/2 pendulums would help vs Earthquake .

Lastly , you wouldn't happen to have the Darkness weapon would you , or at least short sword . It's a very solid 1 of either way .

While it may look like a lot of quanta, the QI is at 4.83, so I'd rather not swap out too many more pillars, one maximum. As for the reason not to include vampires or devourers, I just like my decks to be a bit different, even if they aren't incredibly good. I didn't want to add a drain life either, but I figured it would be better than nightmare in most cases since I could use it as PC.

Unfortunately I don't have a vampire dagger yet on this account (I have a few since I like making arena decks lol). A short sword might be a  good addition though, I'll wait for a bit more agreement on that one.

Splitting my pillars and pendulums is good, I had forgotten about that, thanks.

Why short sword if dirk is free for same damage? =P

Instead of the nightmare, you could add in a second Drain Life or even a Gargoyle. If you don't want Pests there's not much to do. If you really wanted you could add Cloak to get you rid from that extra CC, or another steal for some extra PC.
