Hello! I have been trying to make a fun and consistent freeze deck that has elements of control and a splash
of OTK. Maybe with some elemental mastery and anti-poison as well. The deck feels a bit large, but due to its
stall-like nature, I have no idea how large it actually has to be, and what cards would optimize this setup. I
just need help in general... I would really appreciate some input and guidance.

The deck is aimed to be a fun PVP deck, or maybe even an arena/FG grinder if it has the potential to be, but I think that is a far stretch.

P.S. Sorry if there already is a deck idea like this, I couldn't get the deck searcher to work at all.

When I played with this deck I felt like sometimes the healing couldn't keep up with the damage that I was taking despite the congeals/octopuses. Or rather, the octopuses sometimes come too late to help with the lockdown.

I suggest taking out the congeals and adding sundials. Sundials have great synergy with SoPa and fit nicely into this because of the light quanta.
You probably don't need mirror shields either, since the only pvp deck it really helps this beat is monoaether, at the expense of slowing down the deck in many other matchups.
If you're finding it to be a bit slow, Ball Lightning is very good with SoPa and could give it the extra power you need.

Hi there, firstly, good idea, I have played around with this kind of deck before, I called it Frostbite Borealis.
You only want 30 cards. More than that and you risk not drawing your precious SoP. Patient decks can easilly get to their win condition before running out of cards.
Purify is an unnecessary card, most poison decks are too slow when you have healing too. Congeal is only useful if you face other cc creatures and need to fight for the supremacy of your squids. Dessication again in most games wouldnt be needed. Mirror shield is hardly ever useful, take 1 if you really fear ug or firebolt, but youll outrush fiirebolt probably anyway at 30 cards.
Im not at my PC so cant post codes, but i suggest either:
6 rol, 6 squid, 4 SoP, 4 sanc, 2 miracle, 8 water quanta, light mark.
Or:
6 rol, 6 squid, 4 Sop, 4 sanc, 2 deflagration, 8 water quanta, fire mark.
