I made this deck yesterday and its fun to play, i win 50-60% vs half-blood, how can i improve it?

I would say take out the flooding.  Flooding takes too much water quanta to keep running (unless you only want it for that one turn to thin out his creature horde), plus with your deck not being water based it will prevent you from getting your own horde out.  I would recommend a Pulvy instead.  While I know that you have lots of CC in here, the only PC you have are your two steals, and Pulvy could go a long way towards helping that.  Aside from that, upping your pillars will help your deck to get off the ground much faster, which I'm guessing is what causes you to lose when you do.

Upgrading the Novas to Supernovas will help, since 12 quanta<24 quanta.  It's boring, but upgrading your quantum generation will make your deck faster, no question.
