Invaluable things are rare in the world. Silence is one among them.
Since the first version SN and SoR got nerfed.
Now using a modern version of the "Turbo edition" (look further down)
Changes after 1.32:
+ 1 Nymph (I love you Oracle!)
+ 3 SoB (Replace the 3 Procognition. When I first made this deck SoB didn't exist yet)
- 1 Silence (I think 5 is enough)
Mark and Towers/Pendulums depends on the meta.
Entropy Mark
Time Mark
Version I like to use for PvP
Basic Strategy:
1. Get a Golden Nymph with mitosis. Keep throwing SoR on her for more copies.
2. Draw new cards with copies and play Silence every turn.
3. Win
So how many Nymphs do I need before I try to trigger the Silence chain?
Example: Your hand consists of 2 SoRs, + 1 Silence, 1 Mitosis and one Golden Nymph.This will make you end up with 6 Nymphs in turn 2.
1st turn 3*7=21 dmg
2nd turn 6*7=42 dmg
==> a total of 63 damage
Not enough is it? However now you will be able to draw at least 3 new cards (One from the turn you bought with Silence + two with the new Nymphs you have created)
If you manage to pull one more Silence out of your hat it will probably be enough for the win.
3rd turn 7*7=49 dmg
==> a total of 112 damage
You have 5 Silence in the deck. Don't be afraid to use them.
Some advice:
It is easy to get over eager to draw cards. If you have him silenced allready, be cool.
Keep track of your quanta.
Besides from mitotis SoRs can be used to 2 new draw cards when played on Nymph. One more Silence might give you one more turn.
Also putting down a SoR on a Nymph to draw cards might sometimes be better that getting more Nymphs when you are running low on :time quanta.
Remeber to use SoRs on different Nymphs and you will draw cards for free next turn.
Alot of times you will be able to see your oppenents hand. If you see that he cant play any card that threat you, better save that silence.
This deck is also one of my favorite and I hope someone else also finds it fun to play with.
Note that this may is not easy to play. The more you use it the more you will find out how to use its full potential. Counting shards and silences helps.

Stay cool and wait for silence before you make your move. When you have Nymph pump its easy to draw new silences and chain them until you have him under 40 life.

Why a Rage Elixir and not a cool Turtle/Skull/other powerfull shield?Sometimes RE is used for CC and sometimes for more dmg. The idea of this deck is using silence insted of defence.
Think of silence as 1 turn shield. As long as you chain Silence you will win. Dont forget that you can often see your oppenents hand so if you dont need to silence him dont.
But I see your point. I state that the deck can be used both for plat and FG. It might do better vs FGs with some kind of shield. I havent tried that.

I did save them unupped for rarity but since 7/9 is so much better than 6/8 I did it anyway.
The version Nr 2 is tha one that Im using right now.
In the beggining I used to deck out sometimes. But if you use too many of your SoRs on drawing cards you will not have enough to make enough damage later.
Word of advice is to save SoRs for mitosis unless you really need to draw silence. Im usally only using 1-2 SoR for drawing cards in my games.

I just bashed some platinum, 12 wins in a row :P really lucky draws and oppenents.
And what I did notice is that it is really strong vs decks that use SoR, SoSa and SoSe. Winning vs shard using decks --> Shard winning spinns :)
I did get 3 SoSa, 1 SoR and 1 SoSe from those 12 games. Rare-spinns only gave me 1 Vampire Stilletto

More often then not, one mitosis is enough, but i have lost once or twice due to it being to far in the deck. Also, for replacement for a 3rd nymph, maybe a second nymphs tears? Wouldn't be able to use both, but you only really need one.Il try a second tears I guess that would work. Thx!

The initial version suffered a lot from waiting 2 turns for 2 :entropy to play SN and get things going. This one can be crazy fast! I'm getting reliable rare spins in plat with the quoted deck.

Now, if one were to run an unupgraded version, what modifications would be necessary?I was thinkng of making an unuppgraded version actually. But without supernova and silence for 3 insted of 2 it will not work in the same way.

lol i just remembered i have one golden nymph. i just tried this in pvp and it worked beautifully. i chained all the silences even though i didnt have them upped. the only thing is that he got an early fog so i decked out.Reason why you did deckout is prolly that you did use to many SoRs on drawing cards. I usally dont use more than 2.
The Rewind can be used to save you if the last card in the deck is that last silence you are looking for. Just rewind one of your creatures.

What would you suggest as upgrade order?
Also, what would you take for the 6th SoR (I took a QT to support Silence and Nymphs Tear in Case SoR eat their quanta).
Do you think the deck can be used with Nightmare instead of Silence while I collect coins to upgrade? It would be a weaker lock
but with the GotP and heal this may be worth trying, right?
Edit: Just noticed that Nymphs Tear + QT can be useful sometimes xD (Got an air nymph, made 4 UG and won in Platinum :P)

I only have one Nymph myself but I still am getting somewhere around 70%? win ratio in the Platinum League. I have noticed a gravity shield completely shuts you down. Beyond that, if you can get the mana and that first, crucial Nymph out there, you usually can stomp them from there out.Looks about what I was using. You must have better luck than I do, though. There were tons of games where I got two supernovas and a nymph's tear, but the third supernova never showed up until too late, if at all. but the games were win fast, lose fast, so it was good.

Im using it in plat and im about 50% win there. It is also very fast so I think you are doing it wrong if it doesnt work for you

I believe with this deck you can get the nymph and silence chain out as soon as possible. Of course, the nymph tears is to be use with the time tower. Few tips,
1. Against denial deck (mono dark), get one supernova out in the first turn if you can. With 10 quantum out, it will provide breathing space for quantum sucks devourer and pests. With gravity deck, hold out the supernova until you can at least get the nymph out first.
2. Rewind is useful to be cast against pesky creature before the silence chain.
3. Hold out your time tower until you can get the nymph out to avoid the tower being destroyed. You only have 3!!!
4. If you do not have the mitosis early in your deck, use SOR on your nymph for drawing power.
5. If you are feeling brave, use the nymph tear and SOR on entropy pendulum for purple nymph. This may net you the em.
I think one advantage this card has against other decks is the ability to defeat the sosa decks, and in turn provide you quite a good chance of farming the sosa shards. And with this variant, you don't even require the nymph.
Sorry as i don't keep the stat for the decks. You all are welcome to do so. Please comment on the deck as well.

also, the OP's deck isn't the best version. He built that based on what he had (i.e. he only had two golden nymphs). The deck works better with 3-4 nymphs and no tears. As you've found out yourself, drawing the nymph early is the key. So the more nymphs you have the better. Tears are unreliable because they make you too dependent on getting a lot of SNs, but they're better than nothing.

Today I saw the power of this deck - oracle gave me a golden nymph as a pet.
So I built a deck similar to this and had 2 consecutive wins in platinum (both took 6 turns). :)
Now waiting for really getting the nymph.

this deck doesn't work if you don't have it upped. And in my opinion, it's not worth using until you get 2-3 actual golden nymphs (i.e. not relying on nymph tears).

This is assuming the actual nymph version; tears version should be hit (although that version was so gimmicky in the first place that the SN nerf probably doesn't make any significant impression)

For the record, I was using the deck in the OP, with unupped nymphs (I do have two of them), silences, mitosis and 1 precog. The way I usually go for new decks when I don't have them fully upped yet is by upping them gradually. It's worked with CCYB, Instosis, PharaSoR, you name it. I guess the unupped silences just hurt too much :(

Unupped Silences are useless in this deck, same for unupped mitosis since it needs 3 SNs.

Yeah, that's one thing the SN nerf has an immediate effect on. Before when you could spam SN you could get away with unupped silences/mitosis. Now, unupped needs an extra turn. And considering this is a speed deck, one turn means a ton.
Also, this deck relies on chaining silences. You can't do that with unupped silences now.
Actually you can't even play unupped silences, because 5 silences costs 15, and can't be played by SNs, upped only 10 so those can be played.

The deck he was playing is the one in the OP, which has 4 silences. And what you said technically isn't accurate. If he had 5 silences, he wouldn't be able to play the 5th silence. Silences 1-4 can still be played. Chances are he will never reach the situation where not being able to play the last silence costs him the game.

poeple keep mentioning not upping nymphs. why not?Because upped nymph + unupped competitive PvP = unusable super rare card which can't be grinded.
Unupped nymph + upped PvP can still work, but not the other way around.

remove the purifies and reflective shields. this deck is focused on speed and not letting your opponent play cards until too late. those cards are response cards, cards that counter something that the opponent does. If you play this deck, you're aiming to not let them do anything meaningful.
Also, I would say that this deck requires more than 2 actual nymphs to get satisfactory results. Even before the SN change, using mostly nymph tears made things gimmicky because you're relying on the RNG giving you 3 SNs very early. With the new SN, you're looking at hoping the RNG gives you your single nymph early, or you're not going to summon a nymph until turn 5 (assuming no black holes, pests, early discords, etc. and that the appropriate cards show up at the right time). 5 turns in gold/plat with effectively no defense almost always means you're going to lose.
So, yeah. You really should play another deck. Hope the oracle gives you some golden nymphs or win tournaments. Come back once you have 3 or more golden nymphs. I'm also waiting for golden nymph 2 and 3 so I can try this deck again.

You don't need 18 :water. You only need 6 :water If you get one golden nymph down use mitosis to create more. Thats what the Shard of Rediness is for.

Edit:My mistake, its actually just 7 attack; meaning it takes another Sor on the second last turn of the silence chain to finish the opponent.

outlast the silence chain you say? Are you sure you use the mitosis+ SoR trick properly? If you use this combo 1 time at the exact moment you start the silence chain, you have more than 5 nymphs on average around for the next 5 turns (which is how many silences you have). That makes 5*5*8attack=200. The problem with this deck is that it has really unreliable draws and even with an optimal one it takes at least 3 turns to do anything useful at all. rushes, quanta control and sanctuary all counter this deck pretty hard, so do creatures or weapons that can make the nymphs unable to use abilities (and many others). Also the SN nerf hit this deck pretty hard.
My lonely Golden Nymph is only 6 attack. However, adjusting your 'formula' for more than 5 Nymphs ("more than 5 Nymphs on average") might end up giving > 200 total damage still.

SoBr is often a 1 card draw but it's not draining your precious :time like a precog would. 5 SoR is plenty as you will be hitting the nymph's precog ability with it less. I might even consider dropping down to 4 when I do get nymph #3, but likely I'll scale back to 3 SoBr. With :time mark and :entropy pendulums (+1 from OP) the whole game is a turn ahead of any other version I've played ... sometimes even 2 ... which is huge in this post nerfed world!
