Cloak/Patience would indeed be cool, and if used in a deck, would need to eliminate the Air and focus on Water/Darkness.

I was having trouble deciding on a Naruto deck because so many cards have synergies. I toyed with 4-5 decks before settling on this one. I may design some more Naruto decks later based on stages of his development. A Rasengan deck may be designed with Ray of Light/Blessing/Chaos Power. Fractal might be a better fit because Naruto quickly replicates instantly on a mass scale. I like that this deck is susceptible to mass CC, because Naruto's replicants are often wiped out easily. I also considered Minor vampire/Devourer because in a sense, Naruto is stealing Kurama's chakra (Devourer) and can self-heal quick from Kurama's "Dark" energy.
As for the frog theme, I was considering adding 1x Frog to this deck. But to best fit with the young Naruto theme, I held off on it.

I've been exploring Orochimaru. Mutation was the direction I was going in. Too bad there are no snake cards. I might loosely interpret dragon cards as snake substitutes. Kimimaro = agree on the death cards. How can we represent Kimimaro's bone attacks? Does morning glory work because it could be "dense" and indestructible. The other idea is to boost skeletons' stats with chaos power/blessing. Kabuto = I like your take; I forgot about the ninja cards.
Do you want to design some decks Monox D. I-Fly? Anyone is welcome to submit deck/character ideas, or improve previous ones. I'd like to add more kunoichi decks. But I'm not sensing much compatibility between their abilities and element cards so far.

So what about these:
Chouji: Gravity/Life variant of Swallow since he constantly eats (Epinephrine + Oty + SoFo)
Shikamaru: Cloak-based deck to represent his shadows, probably with recluses (some of his technique ingame imitate spiders) + Silence
Jiraya: Frogs + Mutation (he fused with them when fighting Pain) + Ball

Here's an example thing I was thinking of for Shikamaru. Call it Kage Mane no Jutsu if you want. :D
VDags + Animate Weapon: Representing the chakra knives of his sensei. Shikamaru uses them himself after he dies.
Cloak: Shikamaru's shadow manipulation.
Phase Recluse: As I said, some of his jutsu in the game franchise resemble spiders. These are luckily in color.
Silence: Once he hits you, you can't do anything. Once Silence is played, you can't do anything. See the similarity?
Phase Shield: Same as Silence - you're in his shadow, you can't take any damage.

I wanted to incorporate mutation and aflatoxin because they synergize well with Orochimaru. Eternity and Mutation are redundant, and Aflatoxin likely needs a deck built around it. Other serious considerations include Life element (especially Mitosis), Quintessence, and Wyrm (which is the most snake-like creature in Elements). Several convincing decks can work.
