Overall, nice idea.

Dementor's Kiss: I feel like he could get a card to show how he STEALs your soul.
Patronus Charm: Good idea with the Pegasi, I think Holy Lights are thematically better than Luciferase.
Stupefy: Can't remember the reference, it seems thematically alright looking at the quote below, just Aether Towers look more useful than Pends.

I was thinking Steals and Dusks, but I wanted to go with something that makes you lose life. Void steals your health, while squids and congeal make sure no damage leaks through.. As for Stupefy, you're probably right. And Patronus, well, I'll change those out.

Very true. Stalls you with Sundials, then it builds damage while silencing you.
