So you basicly just reposted old, good decks that you'd made worse... Then... Why?

For the first deck, Immortals really aren't any good. At all. It would be better to drop the Immortals, and add 2 Phase Dragons and 2-3 Lobotomizers. And you also want a Pend/Pillar split.
For the second deck, Chrysaora uses quanta that is already in high demand and doesn't do as much damage as Arsenic. It's better to have two Arsenics; you need one early, you likely won't draw both, and even if you draw both there is a good chance the first one will be destroyed. And by the way, if you're copying an exact code, please give credit where it is due.
The third deck isn't inefficient or quanta imbalanced or anything, but Chrysaoras just aren't very good outside of a Poison Dial.
