-Contructive Criticism-
In the Oty deck, you'll probably have a hand full of baby otys with nothing to eat. The damage output doesn't look very good either. Add some chargers and possibly a shield?

Well, it looks like you're going for the rab swarms raw damage rather then the devour ability. I'd leave around 2 dragons, 2 Anubises, less Time towers, less glasses, no aether towers (aether pendulums instead) and maybe actually add some TUs?

Cut it down to 4 Leaf Dragons, 4 RoLs, add some owls eye instead of the glory and maybe some animate weapons or even some shockwaves.

I don't know if this is good. It relies on a single dragon,then use all TUs you have on it, then when you have 0+fractal cards in hand,shoot it at him. The only CC possible is fire shield.

I always find that your decks are too fat.
Bigger decks dont mean bigger damage. It means that you'll have less chance of drawing the card that you need.
Stick it to the bare minimum and don't add uneeded copies.
I mean, come on, you're running 6 fractals AND 12 creatures? 4 Fractals and like 8 creatures would be better.
