Generally speaking, I like my series creatures to be consistent. Ex. Dragons are all vanilla, airborne creatures with no skills and high stats. Since Bone Dragon is skeletal, it fits thematically, and I like the idea, but idk how good it would be in practice.

To elaborate: with Skeleton-Pharaoh, there is a clear upgrade of the creature, so it's worth the 2 card combo

With Bone Dragon, however, more than half of the time the creature would be essentially the same

Thats exactly my point. Phase Dragon is unique among dragons for an active skill. This is a pretty much worthless passive that is very interesting thematically, and serves as RT protection, but thats about it. Is it worth the change, is the question I'm asking.

Probably not. If Zanz came back for this, it would be the anti-climax of the aeon.

2.0?

Try 1.4.

Silly humans.

And then there's a single arena deck with a second set of shards and weapons as a farm and so, slowly, a whole new bunch of cards appear at random and scares the living narwhals out of people as they slowly destroy and murder the meta once again

...This derailed quickly.

My opinion on bone dragon?
is just better. Let's be honest here.

Its better than the dragon because it has same cost/atk ratio and an ability. Unless your'e talking about the proposal of giving dragons 'undead' ability, witch it has nothing to do with (I assume).

Grey Nymph can't compete with Bone Dragon in Monodeath rush, nor can Death Nymph compete with Ivory Dragon. Death Nymph can compete with Bone Dragon since they have the same attack:cost ratio, but rushes still tend to pack Dragons for the higher total offense. The Nymphs are used in rushes if you want CC resistance since it's the only Death creature with good HP, but the more you pack the more to go from rush to domin. Additionally, Monodeath rush almost never worries about keeping its creatures alive since it almost always packs Poisons+Arsenics.

If your strategy relies on Afla, as with all Nymphs it's only 100% reliable to pack the Alchemy card instead. The Nymph does, however, fit perfectly into a Light/Death domin/stall that doesn't have to Afla to win.
